Welcome to The Big Easy, a beautiful lakefront home just one mile from Marina Beach in Pine Mountain Lake. This spacious two-level retreat offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 1,890 sq. ft. of comfort, making it the perfect getaway for families and friends.

- Entertainment & Comfort: High-speed WiFi, 4 flat-screen TVs, 2 DVD players, and cable TV.
- Climate Control: Central heating & air conditioning, a wood-burning fireplace, and one portable fan.
- Fully Equipped Kitchen: Microwave, dishwasher, blender, coffee maker, toaster oven, and all the essentials for meal prep.
- Convenience: Washer & dryer, books, and a pool table for indoor fun.
- Outdoor Spaces:
- One open deck and one covered deck, both furnished to seat up to 9 guests.
- Gas & charcoal BBQs (Guests must bring or purchase propane/charcoal).
- Private dock with a canoe and paddleboat available for guest use.

Important Notes
Access & Parking
- Stairs: This property has both interior and exterior stairways. There are over 10 steps from the driveway to the front door and more than 50 steps leading down to the water’s edge.
- Parking: Driveway accommodates 3-5 vehicles (No garage parking).
Outdoor & Lake Access
- Boats: The canoe and paddleboat are available for guest use. Please note that they are not pre-cleaned before arrival, but guests are welcome to rinse them as needed.
- Life Jackets: Required while using the provided boats.
- Swimming: Guests may swim up to 30 feet from the dock, as per Pine Mountain Lake safety regulations.
Fire & BBQ Policy
- Outdoor Fires: Strictly prohibited on the premises.
- Firewood: Not provided. Guests must bring their own if they wish to use the fireplace.
- BBQ Supplies: Guests must bring their own propane and charcoal. Propane tanks can be pre-ordered before arrival or purchased locally.
Linens & Towels
- Provided: Sheets, bath towels, comforters, blankets, and pillows.
- Not Provided: Beach towels. Please bring your own for lake and beach use.

Gated Community & Fees
- Pine Mountain Lake HOA requires an access permit for every vehicle entering the gated community.
- Fee: $50 per vehicle (one-time fee, payable to the HOA). Stays of 8+ nights may require additional fees per HOA rules.
- Security: 24-hour gated security is provided by the Pine Mountain Lake HOA.

Check in process was smooth. Great communication with Yosemite Resort staff. Upon arrival house was in perfect location. Stairs leading down to two house. Everything was clean. Kitchen has everything you need so cooking was easy. We used the two kayaks and two seat paddle boat. My kids and I enjoyed these very much. Plenty life jackets for use. Very close to beach. Fyi cannot park at beach on weekends however there is parking up the hill on the street. They did allow you to unload at the Marina. I definitely recommend this lake house and would stay again.

Friend and I had the most amazing time! House is a bit on the older side, But everything was super clean. Thank you to the host for the dish towels and cookies they left for us! We truly felt welcomed! Staff at Yosemite Region make it super simple with all the instructions given!

We stayed in this house for 3 night, it was amazing experience. the lake view was took our breath away . just for the record only pedal boat broken ,beside that all good .thank you

My family of 5 enjoyed this beautiful lake front cabin. Perfect place for a family vacation with Yosemite and Lake Pedro less than an hour away! We hope to return to Pine Mountain Lake for future vacations

We enjoyed our stay. Kids loved swimming in the lake, the paddle boat, and kayaks. We had two sweet swans that visited us every evening for bread. Was a 1/2 hour drive from Yosemite. We saw deer in the early morning hours. No ATT phone service (which was kinda nice) Great family time reminded me of when I was a kid :)

Overall it was a very nice four day weekend. Suggest owners leave hiking suggestions especially since there isn't cell phone reception for my AT&T phone. My husbands T Mobile had it.
